WVHL respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only
in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at
the WVHL Web site.
WVHL may collect information through our Web site at several
points. We collect the following information E-mail address only at this time.
We may also in the future request and collect

which our listeners divulge about
themselves or other people, for such
purposes as mail outs, or gift
items. WVHL does not actively market to children, and we

views on our programs. We may from time
to time request demographic data in order to identify the range of our radio transmissions..

survey forms, and so on. The information is collected voluntarily
and only if you send it to us at WVHL.
We DO NOT employ cookies.

Commercial advertising appearing on our Web site
is authorized by WVHL,

WVHL, are known to
WVHL and are recorded on our files.

or from our Web site.
The information collected by WVHL will only be used for;
an e-mail reply to a listener, to improve our programs, and for
technical information as our range of transmissions and sound
quality. Listeners who provided this information to us voluntarily,
may receive email announcements of our future programs, or events
directly related to the activities of
WVHL
Registered listeners will not receive additional announcements
from us about advertisers products, services, special deals, or newsletters. Out
of respect for the privacy of our listeners WVHL does not provide the option
for you to
receive these types of communications.
The information we collect will not be used
to create listeners
profiles based on browsing .We will not
supplement information collected at our
WVHL Web site with data from other sources.
We will not
share data with third parties, or with advertisers listed on this
Web site.

offer links to other Web sites. Please note, that when you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage

If at some later date WVHL Web site offers,

Listeners
may request in writing by addressing a letter to the Business
Manager of WVHL, that the information that you have provided
voluntarily to WVHL,
be deleted from our database records.

should contact WVHL by telephone, e-mail or in writing, and we are committed
to resolving such disputes within seven working days.

by our ISP provider (kinex.net), to protect our listeners
privacy.
